I) The chemical laboratory

The chemical laboratory is mainly used for raw material in-plant inspection, new product development (resin synthesis) and synthesis process confirmation after formula adjustment.

II) Mechanical performance test laboratory

Mechanical performance laboratory has electronic universal testing machine, Charpy impact strength test equipment, torsion tester and other testing equipment, used to test the bending strength, bending elastic modulus, tensile strength, compression strength, impact strength, flexural strength and torsion and other mechanical properties of insulation products.

III) Load capacity test laboratory

Load capacity test is to simulate the deformation or fracture of a insulation beam under a certain load in actual use and is often used to evaluate the performances of insulation beams under a long time load.

V) Electrical performance test laboratory

Electrical performance test laboratory mainly test the electrical performances of our bus bar and electrical insulation products, such as the test of breakdown voltage, withstand voltage, partial discharge,electrical insulation resistance,CTI/PTI, arc resistance performances, etc. To ensure the safety of all our products in electrical equipment.
