EPGC series Epoxy Glass Cloth Rigid Laminated Sheet consists of woven glass cloth impregnated with epoxy thermoseting resin, laminated under high temperature and high pressure. The woven glass cloth shall be alkali-free and treated by silane coupler. EPGC serial sheets include the EPGC201 (NMEMA G10), EPGC202( NEMA FR4), EPGC203(NEMA G11), EPGC204 (NEMA FR5), EPGC306 and EPGC308.

D370 SMC insulation sheet (D&F type number:DF370) is a kind of thermosetting rigid insulation sheet. It is made from SMC in mold under high temperature and high pressure. It is with UL certification and passed the test of REACH and RoHS, etc.
SMC is a kind of sheet molding compound which consists of glass fiber reinforced with unsaturated polyester resin, filled with fire retardant and other filling substance.

6643 F-class DMD （DMD100）flexible composite insulation paper
6643 Modified Polyester film/polyester non-woven flexible laminate is a three–layer 100% saturated flexible composite insulation paper in which each side of the polyester film (M) is bonded with one layer of polyester non-woven fabric (D), then coated with F-class electrical insulating resin. 6643 DMD is used as slot insulation, interphase insulation and liner insulation in F class electric motors, especially suitable for mechanized inserting slot process. 6643 F-class DMD has passed SGS test for toxic and hazardous substance detection. It is also called as DMD-100, DMD100 insulation paper.
