D&F pultrusion profiles include many specification as attached. These profiles are produced in our pultrusion lines.The raw material is the glass fiber yarn and polyester resin paste.
Our pultrusion workshop has 14 production lines in total and the production capacity is leading in China.We can produce a series of custom GFRP profiles, such as the profiles of U-shape profile, H-shape, L-shape, 巾-shape, T-shape, 王-shape, round rods and GFRP sheets,etc. These profiles can be further processed into some customized insulation support parts.
D&F has the special technical team and Precision machining workshop to develop the moulds for pultrusion profiles. Then the CNC machining workshop can do the machining parts from these profiles.

For the other profiles not listed in the specification, D&F can develop the mould to customize the special profiles according to users’ drawings and technical requirements.
