EPGC Molded Electrical Insulation Profiles
The raw material of EPGC molded profiles is multi- layer epoxy glass cloth, which is molded under high temperature & high pressure in special developed moulds.
Based on users’ requirement we can do such electrical insulation profiles of EPGC201,EPGC202, EPGC203, EPGC204, EPGC306, EPGC308,etc. For the mechanical & electrical performances, please refer to those of EPGC sheets.
Application: These epoxy glass cloth molded profiles can be machined into different insulation structural parts based on users’drawings and technical requirements.

GFRP pultruded Electrical Insulation profiles
D&F pultrusion profiles include many specification as attached. These pultruded insulation profiles are produced in our pultrusion lines.The raw material is the glass fiber yarn and polyester resin paste.
Product characteristics: Excellent dielectric peformance and mechanical strength. Compared with the SMC molded profiles, pultruded profies can be cut into different lengthes according to users’actual needs, which is not limited by the moulds.
Applications: Pultruded insulation profiles can be used to process all kinds of support beams and other insulation structural parts.
